I never once paused to think that in reverse to being privileged to be able to own footwear (several of them, in fact) that keep my feet away from harm’s way on the streets, I (or rather my feet) have been deprived of walking bare for the past month now.

Sometimes the most unexpected of moments literally take your breath away… along with your exhaustion from the long day.
And moments like that, they don’t come often.
I can only be thankful that I followed my instincts and went home to grab the new baby for some night shooting.
Here’s to the one passion that will never die [...]
